1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

• Once your order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Damaged in Transit

Our products are packed with care in glass jars, but if a jar breaks during delivery:

• Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

– Photos of the damaged jar

– Photos of the product and packaging

– Your Order ID

• We will verify and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Wrong Product or Quality Issue

If you receive the wrong product or have a quality concern:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your Order ID.

• Once verified, we will process a full refund within 7 business days.

4. Change of Mind

• Refunds for change of mind are not available for delivered products due to the perishable and glass-packaged nature of our items.
